Return of the King. I never really liked Braveheart all that much and I chose Gladiator against it last round. Return of the King, however is EPIC!!!

I think Braveheart is a much better film across the board: story, dialogue, acting, production, action, etc.

Nothing tops William Wallace, Robert the Bruce, and Edward Longshanks (but especially not Frodo). Lord of the Rings sucks on its own, but against Braveheart it's really no contest.

Braveheart.

Even though it won Best Picture, I always feel, for some reason, that it's underrated.

The ending of Braveheart is much stronger than the endings to Return of the King. Yes, all ten of its endings.

I don't care for either film, but I'll pick LOTR as I'm English and apparently Gibson hates us.

I thought Two Towers was quite strong though, there was a real sense of menace to that film.

Iceman gave me 100 $ to make sure I vote for The Return of The King... thus here's my reluctant vote... NOT!

I love Braveheart, it is a wonderful, goosebumps worthy story. The thing is, I just love LoTR and The Return of The King more.
