watched a proverbial **** of films recently...the joys of having a projector & a large living room wall... 
beastmaster - awful & hilarious in equal measure
the sword & the sorceror - surprisingly gory...lead characters a total melter...and the plot doesnt really make sense
the princess bride -
hawk the slayer - one of the cheapest films ever made !!! and a mental soundtrack that sounds more at home on staying alive...jack palance rocks it..
rolling thunder - avoid...a mess of a film, Paul Schrader may have written taxi driver, but here he doesnt have de niro & scorsese...

Really good film actually - considering I hadn't heard of it until the night I saw it. Darker - but a good story - original - and who doesn't like a good Liam film?
Def. a quality film that I'd recommend.

Typical Gregg Araki film in the style of The Doom Generation and Nowhere. And as usual the typical Araki shoegaze soundtrack(very good one).
