Only thing off about them to me was that they seemed to be breezing through time awfully quickly, but I guess they just had a lot to accomplish in this one episode, plus they wanted to indicate that what was happening, both with Sam and Cas, wasn't happening quickly...it was taking a bit of time. I'm sure it must have taken Dean a while to rebuild the Impala again.
Oh and btw, saw a snippet of an interview with Sera Gamble and Bob Singer and they both said flat out that they have no intention of laying out all of the action from last season or last week as having just taken place in Sam's mind, so you can pretty much forget that angle. They were just trying to show just how much the wall coming down was affecting Sam, that's it.
