Neil Patrick Harries will win, even if he loses.

He's just awesome enough to do that.

Oh, my guesses? I should be doing homework, so I'll skip them :P

Italics: Who Should Win (could be 2 choices) - if no italics but bold then just assume that's who I want.
Bold: Who Will Win
Strikethrough: Shouldn't have even been nominated
Categories with a star are ones I haven't really seen enough of to judge fairly but I placed my choices for anyways.

Outstanding Supporting Actor In A Comedy Series
30 Rock • NBC • Tracy Morgan, as Tracy Jordan (if there was strikethrough times 50 I would use it - this is just full of fail)
30 Rock • NBC • Jack McBrayer, as Kenneth Parcell
Entourage • HBO • Kevin Dillon, as Johnny Drama
How I Met Your Mother • CBS • Neil Patrick Harris, as Barney Stinson
The Office • NBC • Rainn Wilson, as Dwight Schrute

Outstanding Supporting Actor In A Drama Series
Boston Legal • ABC • William Shatner, as Denny Crane

The Daily Show With Jon Stewart • Comedy Central

Outstanding Reality - Competition Program
American Idol • FOX
Dancing With The Stars • ABC
Project Runway • Bravo
The Amazing Race • CBS
Top Chef • Bravo
I'd also like to add a "WTF were you thinking Emmys?" for their exclusion of Survivor but their inclusion of AI and DWTS.

Outstanding Host For A Reality Or Reality-Competition Program
American Idol • FOX • Ryan Seacrest, Host (he literally makes me want to tear my TV out of the wall and smash it to bits...or change the channel)
Dancing With The Stars • ABC • Tom Bergeron, Host
Project Runway • Bravo • Heidi Klum, Host
Survivor • CBS • Jeff Probst, Host
The Amazing Race • CBS • Phil Keoghan, Host

Edit: I fixed some of the faulty tags. And I didn't choose for the stuff I don't care about or know about.

Edit 2: Made it slightly less all over the place. But still confusing. :P
