I haven't had time to read your S3 review, and I don't like S3 either so I don't have much motivation to :P

But I read your S4 one because it's also my favourite series! You said that it was, has S5 or S6 replaced it as your favourite?

I love Donna, I agree CT was really awesome in Turn Left especially!

series 3 is terrible cos of martha! haha

yeah, series 6 is now my favourite. i prefer that format, and i just love anything to do with river song! when adding up the episode ratings i gave them its just past series 4.

Agreed, Martha was terrible and the stories not much better (apart from Blink, not only Doctor-lite but Martha-lite).

I loved S6 too, thought the majority of it was excellent (barring CotBS and NT) but I still think S4 has the edge both companion and storywise.

see, i love river but amy and rory - i can take or leave. i've never really been taken with them in comparison to river or donna. dont get me wrong, i do like them and it'll be sad to see them go - but if i felt for them like i do with river or donna, i would feel more for them. but i do like them, and the majority of episodes in series 6 (with the exception of those you mentioned) were brilliantly written and acted by all main characters, so this series has the edge for me.
