It's actually went MUCH quicker than it would have if it was a hiatus!

I"ve really been lying low. Sad that we no longer get to experience the excitement of spoilers and the anticipation for a brand new season. Was hoping there would be a new show this season to fill the void, but no such luck.

Yet... No such luck, yet! :P

I haven't missed the excitement of new episodes so much as I have been getting that from things like Dexterand The Event etc. However I miss the whole mystery element, and the level of questions an answers we could look forward too... Does that make sense?

I miss it a lot! It comes and goes in waves. I can go a couple of weeks without giving it much thought and then, like right now, it hits me again and I get so sad that it's not returning. "Lost" was my winter highlight. I keep feeling like something's missing and I get a bit depressed and then I realize it's "Lost" that's missing. Actually I've been depressed lately and while I wouldn't admit it to anyone I know, I really think a lot of it has to do with no "Lost" this season. I don't have any replacement shows. I've tried nearly everything that people rave about. They don't come close.

I'm doing really well...much better then I thought...

but I haven't watched the bonus footage yet...I am trying to hold out long as I can...it helps...but i'm starting to cave in and i know i will watch it soon (my parent are begging me so they can watch)...soon i will have to have a marathon

I have a new obsession - Supernatural...so it helps...but once that completes at the end of the season...i will have nothing and I think then I will rewatch my LOST...

It helps that I still vid lost though! So i still constantly "watch" anyway

what I miss more then anything when it comes to lost though is the "research"...spending those hours breaking down the episode...looking for clue's, connections, etc...- that was SO amazing when it came to lost / I also miss the possible spoilers, promo's etc...:'(

I think that because the ending was SO disappointing for me, it lessened the impact of it actually finishing....(if that makes any sort of sense). It will still go down as one of my favourite shows of all time. I enjoyed every second of anticipation, horror, agony and intensity that it provided but......I may come to accept the ending but I will never be happy or satisfied with it
Thankfully new shows have filled whatever void Lost may have left. I have discovered the joys of Fringe, True Blood, Brothers & Sisters and The Big Bang Theory. Long may they reign in my favourties list :D

To battle my missing of Lost this year, I've started Battlestar Gallactica, which should take up some good time. I'm also into Eureka now, but that's more of a light fun show to take my time.

Oddly enough, I haven't been missing it. Like...at all. It's strange, I'd expect it to hit me by now that it's all over, but it hasn't really. I guess it will probably set in around February when I'm expecting a new season. If even...I might be skipping the grieving process altogether. :P

I haven't necessarily missed it. I was a fan who was always very happy they set an end date. I love having the complete Lost story sitting on my shelf, and knowing exactly how it all ended, and I don't think about it much anymore, but I can't wait to rewatch the whole thing in a few years. Hopefully by then i'll have forgotten all the details down to the smallest minutiae that are still swimming around in my brain.

I've started watching Battlestar Galactica...plus, thank god my shows are returning (Chuck and Fringe). Missing Lost, however, is something I can certainly agree on. The characters are what I miss more than anything, which is why I'm enjoying BSG so much (love the characters on it).

What I actually miss more than anything is new theories coming up as often they did when the show was on and reading them.
