I would like to know what do you think about Chin´s behavior. Is he doing what most of us think, and re joined HPD to help McGarrett? Or he has learnt his lesson and now he is going every man for himself? And danno´s relationship with his ex? is it finally doomed? we have a long summer ahead, so....want to read your opinions!

I was really happy with this news. I love Masi Oka and his character is really fun to watch. even in the few moments he had in season one.

I think Chin is only rejoining the HPD to help Five-0 and McGarrett. He told Kono after he left the office that he was going to go and help the team, and I believe him. I don't see him as leaving everyone behind after all they have been through including the bomb episode where the guys literally saved his life. That is where some of the problems started when they took the money and he knows it was all a set up, so I believe he will help them from his new position at HPD and then leave after things get solved.

I don't mind that Danny and Rachel are getting back together but it's too bad that it was just thrown in there so quickly at the end of the season. I love scenes between Danny and Grace so I'm hoping that tptb keep the young actress around for season 2. I'm sort of indifferent about Rachel's character though.

I feel the same way. Chin has family as the most valuable thing to him. And he said 5-0 was his family. but I would like the premiere of s2 not to go directly there, but maybe show some "doubt" on him, I don´t know. add some drama and danger to it. I´ve been thinking though that if McGarrett is charged with the murder of the governor he is going to be sent to the mainland, and judged by federal court, maybe Chin can´t do much for him. And even I don´t like Rachel character that much I think she is really important for Danny, despite the fact that Gracie is his life. he went to Hawaii not only for Gracie, but also I think to work things out with his ex. and kono? is she going to pay for everything regarding the money? the "family" issue comes again, theirs is gonna be treated as outcasts again.

I'm excited now for season 2 to start! One of the things I love about this show and TPTB is that they use local actors. I didn't really care for Jean Smart as the governor but I figured TPTB plus network gurus thought they needed a well known name for this role. She just never came across as someone who fit in with the shows dynamics to me.

Nice to also hear about more air time for Grace Parks character, Kono. I really grew to like Kono through the whole season and liked the pair up with her new guy at the lab! Besides, he is just too cute and they had great chemistry during that short introduction.

Another big plus for me in watching this show is the scenery TPTB use in their episodes! More islands, more scenery sounds like a winner to me.

Writing has already begun for season 2 however, filming does not begin until July.

Casting News According to EW, Hawaii Five-0 is currently casting a female Homeland Security Officer.

I got more info on this character: Her name will be Lori Wilson. A 30 something bombshell who will be McGarrett's part time love interest as well as a new team member for the Five-0s. She is a female version of McGarrett so you bet she'll give him a run for his money!
